The room “Scoppetta” is a classic family room of 42 m² that can accommodate up to 5 guests, divided into two rooms for the night. The historic residence has a charm that also pervades the rooms, inside a period building with classic architecture. The room is finely furnished with Tricia Guild Designer elements, headboard of the double bed in fine fabrics and floored with parquet.
Characterized by shades of blue, the room enjoys the paintings of the Coastal artist Pietro Scoppetta, from which it takes its name.
Equipped with every comfort, the room is perfect for families or small groups who are assured of privacy. It is equipped with a system of skylights, which ensures good lighting of the rooms, a comfortable and relaxing sofa bed, armchairs, heating and cooling system, an elegant table with two chairs, wifi, satellite TV, minibar and safe. The independent bathroom is large and equipped with a spacious shower, courtesy set and all the accessories for personal care.
The room also features a personalized fragrance that will extend the memory of your vacation well beyond your stay.

Check in is possible from 3 pm. The check out on the departure day must be until 11:00 am.

At the check in the guests have to show passaports or ID, also minors.
Goods unattended
The management relinquish all responsibility of goods unguarded in the safes.

Breakfast starts at 8:30 am until 10:30 am.
Smoke
The hotel is not provided of smoking rooms or smoking areas. Smoking is prohibi- ted in all the building.
Property Damage
In case of: 1) house objects damage; 2) house objects missing; 3) keys’ missing the guest have to pay a forfeit price, according to the type of damage. This extra cost will be loaded on the final bill.
Bluetooth
Using Bluetooth Audio System is allowed from 10:00 am and not later than 10:00 pm, with a moderate volume.
In case of cancellation of the booking up to 7 days before the date of check in, costs will not be charged.
In case of cancellation of the booking after this term, It will be charged the full amount.
All children are welcome.
Free! All children under 2 years stay free of charge for children’s cots/cribs. All children under 12 years are charged EUR 20 per night for extra beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 30 per night in an extra bed.The maximum number of extra beds in a room is 1.
Any type of extra bed or child’s cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
