Below we illustrate the booking methods and the relative cancellation policy for bookings made at our facility.
Reservation with credit card as guarantee
- At the time of confirmation we will ask for your credit card details (number, expiry date and name of the cardholder) to guarantee the reservation.
- No amount will be withdrawn.
- It is possible to cancel the reservation free of charge within 7 days of arrival otherwise the entire amount of the reservation will be charged on guarantee credit card.
- In case of no show, without cancellation within 7 days of arrival, the entire amount of the reservation will be charged. Otherwise the same panalities of late cancellation will be applied.
- In case of early departure the property reserves the right to charge the entire cost of the reservation.
Reservation with non-refundable prepayment
The hotel, in the provided cases, offers a discounted rate in exchange for the certainty of the stay. If the customer accepts the reduced price, he loses the ability to cancel and even change the dates of the stay. The charge will be made to the credit card at the time of booking and on departure will only pay for any extras and the tourist tax.
Check-in:
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you arrive before 3.00 p.m we will be happy to take care of your luggage until such time your room is ready, but if your room should be ready before, we will be glad to anticipate the availability.
NOTE: A surcharge of EURO 50 applies for arrivals from 21:00 until 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property.
Check-out:
Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Should you require to check out prior to 8.00 a.m. , please let us know on arrival.
